Two months after the New Year’s celebrations: where are we with our resolutions?
2018 was a new START. Following our last newsletter call, maybe some of you downloaded our mobile app aiming to contribute to Parkinson’s early detection. Thus you contributed to the development of an innovation that will eventually be able to detect early signs of the disease in the near future.
2018 was also a continuation. We all kept LIVING – sometimes healthily, sometimes struggling with seasonal or chronic disease. But we all kept things going. And here, hopefully we will soon be able to help as well with novel interventions sustaining the quality of life of people living with Parkinson’s.
But above all: 2018 is TODAY! Last year we celebrated the 200th anniversary of Parkinson’s being recognised as a medical condition. We do not want to wait another century to make progress. We want real and practical change for people who live with the disease today.
Follow the path of our ambassador Heidi Reynolds who is everyday engaging with her StartLivingTodayPD community around the common ambition to better live with the disease. May you be living with the condition, may you have family relatives with Parkinson’s or be an healthy person convinced of the benefits of medical research for better health, join the i-PROGNOSIS community by downloading our mobile app on Google Play Store.
