#UNITE for Parkinson's on 11 April - World Parkinson's Day

---

Hi reader,

Ahead of World Parkinson Day this 11 April, i-PROGNOSIS is uniting with the Parkinson’s disease community to raise awareness of the disease and the need for further research to better understand, detect and care for the disease so that eventually we can find a cure for it.

Partners will be involved in several community gatherings, including online with the project being represented at the INSIGHT into PDonline summit from 11 to 13 April where we will both have a virtual booth and a webinar presenting the iPrognosis app towards screening for Parkinson's in daily life and the serious games the project is developing to maintain the quality of life while living with PD. Book your ticket and come and ask our partners all your questions!

Besides these awareness-raising events, i-PROGNOSIS partners are working relentlessly to exploit the full potential of artificial intelligence to detect and manage Parkinson's... and potentially other chronic diseases! The results of their research are released little by little on the project site.

Keep spreading the word about our early detection app! Data collection to help us refine algorithms screening for Parkinson’s early symptoms will keep going until October 2019. Download the iPrognosis mobile application for free on Google Play Store in Germany, Greece, Portugal and the UK. Now also available in Austria, Australia and Spain!

EVENTS

i-PROGNOSIS partners will be attending and contributing to several events across Europe and beyond in the next few months. If you know any other relevant events, please do not hesitate to email us and ask for a presentation of our research and innovations.
