What data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the data shown in the subscription form. Data are used to contact you, personalise the e-mails sent to you and produce demographic statistics for our subscribers. We also collect behavioural data regarding your interaction with the e-mails of the newsletter: opens, clicks, unsubscribed.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage. You can opt-out of Google Analytics cookies using this opt-out add-on .
Who we share your data with
Data at i-prognosis.eu is not shared or sold with any third party. i-PROGNOSIS staff and contractors have access to users data for the purpose of providing services. No personal identifiable data is stored on staff or contractor computers.
How long we retain your data
For users that subscribe to our newsletter, we store the personal information they provide in their subscriber profile. All subscribers can unsubscribe via the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any newsletter e-mail and/or make a request for the deletion of their personal information at any time, by contacting i-PROGNOSIS via our contact form or direct e-mail. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have subscibed to our newsletter, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
