Our Austrian ambassador Dr. Dieter Volc presented i-PROGNOSIS in Carinthia, Austria in May and evoked great interest in the project and the application.

The 11th Carinthian Parkinson-Info-Days “Parkinson’s: Daily life and support” took place on the 10th and 11th of May 2019 in St. Stefan im Gailtal and featured a presentation by our Austrian ambassador Dr. Dieter Volc. His presentation on Saturday, focused on the iPrognosis app in the context of “Parkinson’s and digital support”.

The information days were co-organised by the Parkinson’s Support Group Upper Carinthia and focused on different aspects of Parkinson’s in daily life: Parkinson’s and disability, PD and driving ability, PD and falls, PD and Microbiome, PD and oral hygiene and also on i-PROGNOSIS in the context of PD and digital support.

The Carinthian-Parkinson-Info Days are organized biannually and provide the opportunity for patients to learn more about their disease, as well as to meet up with doctors and other healthcare professionals for exchange.
