Between October 10th and 12th 2018, i-PROGNOSIS will present a paper at the 13th edition of the ITG Conference on Speech Communciation, at the Carl-von-Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, Germany.
At the ‘Informationstechnische Gesellschaft im VDE’ conference, contributions of researchers focussing on theory, algorithms, and applications in the following areas of speech, audio, and spoken language processing were presented.
Within the context of the i-PROGNOSIS project, the researcher Dr. Michael Stadtschnitzer presented the student work paper of Maureen Tanuadji. The researchers approached a method, with which it is possible to estimate a well-known early Parkinson’s indicator directly from speech data without the need of manually labelling the data.
