i-PROGNOSIS community

On April 11, 2017 we will celebrate the 200th birthday of Dr James Parkinson most famous for publishing ‘An Essay on the Shaking Palsy’ in 1817. 200 years later, the i-PROGNOSIS project will release its first mobile application aiming to build Parkinson’s early detection tests. Join one of our local events and download the iPROGNOSIS application from the Google Play Store!

People that will download the application will be engaged in a large-scale data collection study that will permit to develop algorithms able to detect behavioural changes relating to Parkinson’s. Eventually, a tool will be created that will screen for Parkinson’s in daily living and lead to an early diagnosis with the help of your doctor. The app will be available (currently for Android devices only) from the Google Play Store.
